As part of Sweet-Orr’s ongoing digital transformation journey, I am leading a six-month enterprise ERP transformation programme to transition the business from SYSPRO to Odoo.
The initiative extends beyond a traditional system migration and focuses on redesigning business processes, improving operational efficiency, enhancing reporting and data visibility, and introducing integrated CRM functionality. Working closely with executive leadership, departmental stakeholders, implementation partners, and development teams, I am driving process discovery, solution design, change management, and implementation governance to establish a scalable digital foundation that will support future growth, automation, and improved customer engagement.
