The Challenge

As customer purchasing behaviour continued to shift towards digital marketplaces, Sweet-Orr recognised the need to diversify beyond its direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform.

Launching across multiple marketplaces required the development of an integrated operating model capable of managing multiple pricing structures, inventory synchronisation, fulfilment workflows, marketplace compliance and cross-channel governance while maintaining operational efficiency.

Objectives

The objective was to build a connected, scalable omnicommerce ecosystem capable of supporting multiple marketplace channels.
